On the following pages you will find information on our Christian Charitable Prison and Rehabilitation ministry called "Gefährdetenhilfe Scheideweg e.V." ("Crossroads Prison and Rehabilitation Ministry Registered Charity)". The ministry is based in Germany but working all over the globe today.

During the last thirty years the tasks of Crossroads Prison and Rehabilitation Ministry have become increasingly diversified.  The organisation’ activities include:

• social living communities (extended families) with around 200 members
• companies and communal businesses intended to provide vocational integration
• various leisure time projects
• two training centres for volunteers and staff
• international branches and programs on four continents.

The organisation has about 500 members.  Christians want to live their faith in a practical way:  Because Jesus Christ offers every person forgiveness and a new beginning, Crossroad members want to aid released convicts by sharing their lives with them.

Various concepts developed for the realisation of these activities have stimulated other organisations to develop new ideas.

And we would like to introduce our basic concepts and experiences to you. "Integration" is the main challange of what we do.
